Delete your Calaf Doon account

You can do it yourself, from the app, in under a minute. Nobody has to approve it and nobody will call to talk you out of it.

In the app

1Open Calaf Doon and go to Profile.
2Tap the settings icon, then Delete my account.
3Read what will go, and confirm.

It happens immediately. Your profile disappears from Discover, your matches stop seeing you, and your photos and documents are removed from storage before the account row itself goes.

What is deleted

Your profile: name, photos, bio, interests, everything you wrote
Your likes, matches and connection requests
Your thoughts and your replies to other people's
The contact apps you shared, and with whom
Your verification documents, if they are still held

None of it can be recovered afterwards, by you or by us.

What has to be kept, and for how long

Payment records — kept for [how long?], because money that changed hands has to be accounted for.
Reports about you — kept for [how long?], so that somebody who was reported cannot erase the report by leaving. The report keeps your name; it stops pointing at an account.
Enough to keep a banned account out — if the account was banned, a one-way hash of the email and phone is kept so the same person cannot sign straight back up. It cannot be turned back into your details.

If you have Premium

Deleting the account ends it. Premium here never renews on its own, so there is nothing to cancel — but any time left on it is lost, and it is not refunded.

Cannot open the app?

Write to [support email address] from the address on the account. We will check it is you before anything is deleted, and it is done within [how many days?].

There is no form on this page on purpose: a form here could not prove who is asking, and an account is not something to delete on a guess.
