Android asks before installing anything that did not come from the Play Store. That warning is doing its job — here is what it means.
It will say the file is from an unknown source and ask you to allow it. That is Android protecting you from files off the internet, and you should read that warning on every other site too.
Only from calafdoon.app. If you are sent an APK by a person, in a group, or from any other site, do not install it — we cannot tell you what is inside it.
